The agreement between you and AI HUB when you use our platform, console and APIs.

By creating an account, connecting a third-party service, or using any feature of AI HUB ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
AI HUB is a unified platform that lets you (a) call AI models from multiple providers using your own API keys (BYOK) or our managed Hub Key, (b) generate text, images, audio and video, and (c) publish content to connected social media accounts.
You are responsible for the credentials you provide, the activity that happens under your account, and ensuring that any team members you invite agree to these Terms. Notify us immediately at support@aimodelhub.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.
You may not use the Service to generate or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harassing, sexually explicit involving minors, or designed to harm individuals or systems. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or circumvent the rate limits and quotas of any connected provider.
The Service integrates with third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, DeepSeek, MiniMax and others) and social platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for changes to their pricing, availability or content policies.
You retain all rights to the content you submit and to the content the Service generates from your prompts. By publishing content to a connected social account through AI HUB, you grant that platform the licenses required to display the post (as set out in that platform's own terms).
Usage is metered per AI call. BYOK customers are billed by the underlying provider directly; AI HUB charges a platform fee disclosed at checkout. Managed (Hub Key) customers are billed by AI HUB at the rates shown in your billing dashboard. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, threaten the security of the Service, or are required to be terminated by a third-party provider or by law. You may close your account at any time from the account settings page.
The Service is provided "as is." AI-generated output may be inaccurate, biased or unsuitable for your use case — you are responsible for reviewing it before relying on it or publishing it. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI HUB's total liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Kuala Lumpur, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.
