Company knowledge
Company knowledge is a set of documents attached to a company profile. While that profile is in use, the AI treats the documents as facts.
Where it is located
- Open Company profile in the console sidebar.
- Select the company profile the documents belong to.
- Open the What we know step, or select Knowledge in the profile header.
- Upload the documents.
Accepted files
PDF, Word (.docx), Markdown and plain text files are accepted. Each file can be up to 50 MB, and each company profile holds up to 10 documents.
A new document is processed before it can be used.
When it is used
In the console, documents are used only while their company profile is in use. When Use company profile is turned off, no document is used there. API requests use the documents they name, as described below.
Using it through the API
Requests to the chat completions endpoint can include the knowledge field. It accepts a company profile id, or up to 10 document ids, and is available to developer API keys.
